A concept drawing was then sketched by hand which served as the blueprint for our production and approval process. The drawing addressed the smallest of details, allowing our client to visualize the fixtures before the fabrication process began.
The custom library fixture were made using steel. The design called for two 38" straight tubes, and one 38" curved tube, which was designed to accommodate the radius. On each of the 38" sections, two custom spinning's were made to house 120 volt, 50 watt MR16, GU-10 Base lamps. Once the fixture were fabricated and assembled, they were then dis-assembled to be brass plated in order to achieve the desired antique brass finish. The fixtures were then re-assembled, wired, final tested and given their UL label before being carefully packed for shipment to the client in Maryland.
